 Carmen Hartley has over 35 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing and over 10 years of experience in Business Development within the Pharma/Biotech industry. Mrs. Hartley holds a BBA in Marketing from prestigious Catholic University in Latin America, validated in the US, and has postgraduate studies in Finance. Starting in 1972, she has served in various positions for multi-national Pharma and Biotech companies; she was the first Woman Executive for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in Latin America and has won several Excellence Awards and Honors during her international marketing career. Mrs. Hartley operated her own Pharmaceutical Consulting Firm in Latin America from 1984 to 1999, working for multiple multi-national Pharma Companies; she created a currently universal market data program. She moved to the US in 1999 following her dream and worked in the global markets for Leo Pharmaceuticals and Viragen, Inc. until 2006, when she founded Ace Hartley & Associates, Inc., along with her partner, Maria Hernandez. Mrs. Hartley�s expertise within the Pharma/Biotech industry includes a broad range of areas, such as Market Research, Marketing and Business Development, together with strong managerial capabilities.
