Mr. Castellanos is an experienced executive with extensive general management experience with major U.S. based Pharmaceutical Companies in Latin America, proven ability to direct complex situations, train and motivate organizations to improve their performance and surpass previous achievement. Mr. Castellanos studied Chemical Engineering in a prestigious University in Cuba and Business and Marketing in several US Universities. He is skilled at efficient resource allocation, creation and execution of creative and effective management programs and international expertise transfer. During his successful career, he has worked for multi-national Pharmaceutical companies such as Schering Plough, Johnson & Johnson and Cyanamid Inter-American Corp. Mr. Castellanos is the owner of INFOPRO JRMI LIMITED, a Consulting and Representation Firm based in San Jose, Costa Rica, devoted mainly to serve the Pharma/Biotech Industry in Central America and Dominican Republic.
